Lynx 29 for sale - New Reduced Price - £17000 - location North Shields

Penny is a Lynx 29 built by Jaguar Yachts in 1984.

The Lynx 29 - virtually identical to the Leisure 29 - is a tough solid seagoing yacht with a vast amount of interior space packed into her 29' 4"length and with 6' headroom throughout.

Penny is in good sound condition for her age. While in our ownership her rig and equipment has undergone extensive upgrading and renewal.

She has a new Standard Horizon DSC VHF, Garmin GPS, Nasa Navtex, new Plastimo bulkhead compass. She has shorepower with a wired in Dolphin marine battery charger and two RCD protected power sockets. She has roller reefing and all her standing rigging was replaced in 2007. The mainsail was new in 2009, genoa recently repaired and recut with a new luff strip and new sacrificial strip, plus genoa and storm jib. Her running rigging is new and unused.

She has been antifouled and, with engine and gearbox oil renewed, new oil and fuel filters, new impeller and new anodes she is ready to launch and sail.

We are selling our much loved boat only because we have bought a larger yacht. We don't need two - so Penny, unfortunately, has to go!
