Water: Galvanised steel tanks - one 65L and one 55L each with own inlet on side decks. Cross connected to water supply. Both tanks have a removeable hatch plate for cleaning.


Sails and canvas:

Main with slab reefing - three reefing points. New 2009 by Storrar. New sail cover 2009 by Storrar.

Genoa – roller reefing. Year unknown but laundered, repaired and recut in 2007 with new luff strip and new sacrificial strip. In good condition.

Spinnaker – year unknown but hardly used and in good condition.

Storm jib – year unknown but also hardly (if ever) used and in good condition.

Spray hood (blue) cleaned and repaired in 2010. Spray dodgers (blue) with 'Penny' in white lettering. All in fair condition.


Rig:

Black anodised (painted over) mast. Black anodised aluminium boom. Both in sound condition but the mast has some cosmetic damage to alloy base and cap. All halyards are internal to mast and lead aft to coach roof winches. Reefing lines are cleated on the boom.

Spinnaker pole.

Stainless steel standing rigging with stainless steel rigging screws and toggles. All replaced 2007

Roller reefing serviced 2008.

Halyards and sheets renewed 2007 – 2009.

Kicking strap.


Deck gear and equipment:

All deck fittings are stainless steel or anodised aluminium. Sliding mainsheet track on bridge-deck. Genoa tracks with adjustable blocks. Stainless steel pulpit and step through pushpit with safety guard wires. Stainless steel stanchions. Aluminium toe-rail with fairleads fore and aft. Alloy cleats at bow and stern. Stainless steel fold-down boarding ladder on transom. Four deck vents.

Four Barton 16 single speed winches on coachroof with three cleats each side of companionway. Two Barton 23-26 two speed primary winches and two Barton 16 secondary winches on coamings. All winches cleaned and serviced 2009 except the port secondary winch which is seized.

Anchor locker with twin folding covers.


Ground tackle:

Main - CQR anchor with 10m chain and 50m anchor line. Kedge - Bruce..


Engine:

Volvo Penta 2002 twin cylinder 18hp diesel engine with Volvo saildrive. Both believed to be new 1998 but no verification available.

Exhaust believed to have been replaced in 2005.

Engine panel behind perspex cover in recess in cockpit. Working (apart from the warning buzzer) but could probably benefit from renewal at some future date. Separate fuel gauge next to instrument panel.

Engine control lever in cockpit.

New propshaft, complete with bearings and seals fitted to saildrive 2007.

Engine mountings replaced 2007.

Saildrive to hull seal replaced 2007. (A new - unused seal is also included)

General service items such as engine anode, propshaft anode, water pump impeller, engine and gearbox oil and fuel and oil filters replaced ready for the new season..

57 litre fuel tank believed new in 1998.


Cockpit:

Large self draining cockpit - two drain to rear floor.

Covered recessed pockets on transom contain engine control panel (stbd) and shore power cable (port).

One recess on each coaming. One very large cockpit locker to stbd (with additional access hatch to engine compartment) and medium sized one to port. Gas locker to stbd holding two gas bottles.

Two piece teak duckboards.

Manual bilge pump with removeable handle (works - but probably original and could do with replacing).

Eight fenders. Fenderboard.

Miscellaneous ropes and warps.

Spare fuel container (25l).

Small folding table.


Safety gear:

Horse shoe buoy with light. Rescue sling. Jackstay lifelines – purpose made in 2010 and not yet used. Three ‘U' bolts in cockpit to clip onto. Two fire extinguishers. Fireblanket in galley. Escape hatch in forepeak.


Navigation equipment:

Raymarine log and depth (2000). Plastimo 101 bulkhead compass (2007). Garmin 152 GPS (2006). Nasa Clipper Navtex (2006). Standard Horizon DSC-VHF (2009). Raymarine ST1000 autopilot (age unknown but new connectors fitted in 2010). Brass Clock and Barometer (2006). Windvane (a bit battered but working).


Saloon:

Quarter berth to port (two batteries under) with pull out chart table and chart stowage.

Dinette area to port with seating on three sides - table on single adjustable tubular steel leg. Drops to form double berth.

Several large lockers and 65 litre galvanized steel water tank below port side seats. Shelf space above. Magazine rack on bulkhead. Gimballed brass oil lamp on bulkhead.

Bench seat (single berth) to starboard with 55 litre water tank and large locker below. Shelf above.

Both water tanks have access plates for cleaning.

Four removable marine ply panels in the floor give access to a shallow bilge.

Largish bin locker under top step of companionway suitable for winch handles etc.

Upholstery original and generally in good condition.


Galley

L shaped galley to starboard next to companionway. Twin burner fully gimballed gas stove with oven and grill. Pan safety clamps. Well used but in good condition.

Good work surface with locker behind with sliding doors. Round stainless steel sink. Fresh water and sea water taps - both with foot pump.

Shelf behind stove with moulded inserts for mugs and plates. Three cutlery drawers and large cupboard below sink. Small locker under stove.


Heads

Separate heads compartment on port side with marine toilet (2006) and handbasin. Blakes seacock on toilet outlet, ball valve seacocks on water inlet and sink outlet. One cold water tap with hand pump. Shelf for stowage. Ventilator.


Hanging locker

Hanging locker opposite head compartment with rail. Further storage space alonside with three shelves.


Forepeak

Roomy V berths with removeable infil to make large double. Full length shelves to port and stbd. large lockers under berths.

Large opening stainless steel Houdini hatch with adjustable stays.


Lights and electrical

Navigation: anchor light; tricolour; steaming light /deck light; bicolour nav light on pulpit; white stern light on pushpit.

Interior: two lights in forpeak; one in heads; three ceiling lights in saloon; one light in galley; one brass oil lamp.

Two batteries under quarter berth charged by alternator.

Shore power connection with battery charger (2006). Two 240v sockets with RCD (2009).

One 12v socket in cockpit coaming locker; one 12v socket near quarter berth.

Cabling from switch panel to mast base and within mast to deck/steaming light and to all mast head lights renewed 2010 along with the deck connectors.

Deck / steaming light renewed 2007.


Other

Lodestar inflateable dinghy. Spare tiller. Anchor ball and steaming cone (both fold flat). Aluminium radar reflector.
